WHO ARE WE? We are a group of concerned residents who volunteer our services to fight rising crime in our community. The Monte Vista Ratepayers Association has initiated a process of acquiring Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras for the area, which includes both Monte Vista and Plattekloof Glen.
